ਸੂਖ ਦੂਖ ਇਸੁ ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਆਗੈ ਸਾਰੈ ॥੧॥
Sūkẖ ḏūkẖ is man kī birthā ṯujẖ hī āgai sārai. ||1||
pleasure and pain are the state of this mind, placed before you (awareness). ||1||
